This listing is for four 15mm saddle tan die cut circles (cow hide) and two 10mm die cut circles die cut from metallic midnight blue. Make holes  in all six die cut circles. Then bead two of the saddle tan circles, and then glue the reamining two saddle tan circles onto the backs of the beaded 15mm circles. Bead the smaller metallic  blue circles, and place in front of the ear wire in front of the larger die cut circles. Ear wire shown in image is the Ear Wire Small Oval.
